ABS

Postby padroB5 on Mar Thu 04, 2010 2:34 pm

well have been searching for a ABS problem thread on here but no luck ohh well lol. but my problme is i have had my ABS an Break light (blinking off an on) for some time now :\ :\ when i looked up what i can it said a possibilty was the rear speed sensors so i got VW ones an repaced both sides an no luck. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: the other thing they said it was also was the ABS unit ya i looked up the prise on that an all i had to sit down. :tear:  I am wondering if there is something i am missing so i get fix an get ride of the lights i realy dont have a problem not haveing ABS but the light are a lil anoing after a while. the brakes all work an all. when it gets pretty cold the lights go off an the ABS works :\ but :banghead: when it stays warm the lights will stay on an no ABS. ohh with these lights on i have no VSA which isnt a bad thing lol but tires are a bit prisey after a while lol but i dont have a problem there. so if any one has any ideas or answers would be helpfull thank you! :tear:

You check it with a VAG-COM?
It's not how fast you go. It's how well you go fast.

i see lots of problems with the ABS module/abs block under the hood, if you need to order one, its best to have the part nmber from the one on the car for reference.
