Post by amcadoo » Sep Sun 06, 2009 11:29 pm

i picked up a set of konig imagines some time back, the other day i decided to start restoring them

things you will need

sandpaper 400-2500 grit
firm sanding block
paint stripper
polish

everything i used cost under $25

start with the sanding (this depends on how bad the wheels were i started with 1000 on 3 of them and 400 on the last one)

Image

then apply the polish of your choice. i like blue magic. but if its in the budget try and get some POR 15 artisn metal polish it rocks!

see the diffrence between 2500 and the polished surface
