Dropping my A6
So I was planing to lower my 02 A6 2.7T.( lowering springs) I was thinking H & R springs but if there is something better let me know. My question is how do you go about correcting the camber after you lower it? I don't see any way to adjust it with the way the upper and lower a-arms are designed. If you have any ideas let me know. Thanks

Re: Dropping my A6
just do the slam, then get an alignment, springs shouldnt lower it enough to get into enough camber trouble the alignment guys cant correct it.

Just something to note - if you are asking model specific questions, please post in the appropriate model specific category. The Modifications category is for generic mod questions.
So, regarding the suspension I would first ask which springs you are going with, because the lower you go, the more negative camber you will be running. You are correct that there is no camber adjustment on the front - the only way to adjust is to shift the subframe to even out the neg. camber after lowering it. The only way I know of currently to adjust camber is to buy the Stern upper control arms, which are adjustable and about $500.
FWIW I run H&R sports and I had the alignment guys set my toe to 0 on all four corners, and camber ended up being a little over -1.

034 also has some new adjustable control arms. i've got the h&r coilovers and dont rally have a problem as far as the camber goes....not enough to make much of a difference anyways.....
